The Project Manager sits within the Customer Enablement Team for our B2B SaaS Product.

They will oversee the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS solutions to enterprise clients in Europe, defining the optimal delivery process that will include Agile and Waterfall approaches, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this capacity, they will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their business requirements are met while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

They have several key accountabilities

• Managing a portfolio of internal business transformation projects
• Managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial oversight of all SaaS deliverables and internal projects
• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS solutions to enterprise clients in Europe, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Business Requirements Management:

Collaborate with the consulting team to manage business requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.

Client Satisfaction:

Act as the primary touchpoint for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Stakeholder Management:

Be the primary delivery escalation contact for clients, building strong, lasting relationships. Keep all stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates and ensure alignment on project goals. Lead cross-functional teams (3rd party integration vendors) to keep projects on track.

Sprint Planning :

Where agile approach is adopted, lead high-level and detailed sprint planning sessions with the delivery team, ensuring clarity in project deliverables and timelines.

Product Knowledge :

Develop an expert understanding of Sycurio products to effectively guide project delivery and address client inquiries.

Client Engagement :

Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support, ensuring smooth transitions to production.

Collaboration :

Liaise with members of the delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes and facilitate efficient project execution.

Hands-On Management :

Operate at various levels within the organization, maintaining a hands-on approach to project management while focusing on detail and effective communication.

Key qualifications, skills, experience:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex enterprise-level projects within the SaaS industry.

Project Management Skills

• 7+ years in a strategic customer facing project management role, with demonstrable exposure to Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
• 5+ years’ experience of delivery in B2B SaaS business
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior leadership and drive strategic outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal users as customers
• Understanding of telephony technology (SIP, session border controllers etc)
• Self-driven and enjoy taking complete ownership of initiatives
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
