As we enter a new phase of growth at Seatfrog, we need a new CRM Manager to wield data, push CRM to its limits, and curate content that will delight our customers and supercharge our growth.

CRM Manager – Seatfrog

About the team you'll be joining

You'll join our established Marketing Team, reporting into Carolyn, our Marketing Lead. You'll have a partner in crime in Laura, our existing CRM Manager. The two of you will join forces to harness the power of great CRM and supercharge growth.

You'll also be working alongside our Social Media Manager, Tom, and our Marketing Creative, Joe.

What you'll do

  • Deliver best-in-class experience for Seatfrog users at each touch point of their journey
  • Build and optimise multi-channel, seamless automated flows in and out of the product to engage, retain and upsell to our incredible users.
  • Execute and drive our BAU activity, with personalisation, segmentation and channel mix at the forefront of a test-and-learn approach.
  • Execute and optimise the CRM strategy, from BAU activity to lifecycle automations, utilising a deep understanding of user behaviours to ensure effectiveness across all touch points.
  • Perform deep analysis, leveraging data to identify strategic opportunities to impact growth, whilst defining "effectiveness" parameters across CRM activity.
  • Partner Marketing, Comms & Design to improve efficiencies & consistency deliver high quality content,
  • Work closely with Product teams to influence the roadmap and establish requirements needed to support CRM initiatives & improve customer experience
  • Seek out new trends within CRM alongside exploring and utilising Braze’s full capabilities, testing new features and identifying opportunities within the tool to help reach business objectives
  • Push boundaries of idea generation, testing concepts that disrupt the space we're in, while remaining sympathetic to the needs of our clients & customers

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 5 years in a CRM or customer lifecycle role
  • Ideally, knowledge of Braze (or at least 2 other equivalent tools)
  • A focus on creating the best possible consumer experience
  • A growth mindset
  • Experience in a startup, or high paced and fluid environment (preferably in consumer apps!)
  • An inclination for being data-led and driven
  • Confidence in data mining, analysis, and reporting
  • A strategic, lateral mindset, converting top line objectives into CRM tactics\
  • An articulate and confident communication style, and the ability to influence
  • Initiative and self-motivation, with some wicked time management skills
