Salary: £28-32k
Remote First - 1 Day a month in London
At Seatfrog, we're shaking up the rail industry with our innovative platform, changing the game for rail operators and passengers alike. We were the first to market with our solution which enables rail operators to sell unsold first-class seat; generating ancillary revenue and providing passengers with incredible upgrade deals.
We've come a long way since then. We’ve revolutionised the way people can travel by rail; expanded our platform allowing passengers to buy train tickets, and swap their trains at the last minute all at the click of a few buttons. But we're not done yet - we have more exciting products on the way that will transform the way people experience rail travel.
Looking for the next stop on your career journey? We’re looking for a CRM Executive to join the Marketing Team. Ideally you’ll have about 2 years of experience in CRM and will have a solid understanding of email, push notifications and in-app messaging. At Seatfrog, we’re empowered to get s*!@ done, push boundaries and test new concepts, so we’re looking for someone who creatively combines data and best practice to deliver first class comms. Are you excited to do things a bit differently? You’ll connect with Seatfrog passengers, showing them ways to unlock and experience rail travel in a way that no other platform offers in the UK. Day-to-day your main focus will be on the briefing and building of our BAU email and pushes, and you’ll partner with the brilliant design team to bring your visions to life, delivering sweet deals and updates in a way that holds true to the Seatfrog Tone of Voice. You’ll:
- Brief and build BAU emails, modelling best practice
- Contribute to CRM plans,ideating how to enhance retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value via email, push notifications and in-app messages
- Manage reporting & analysis on CRM campaigns and propose ways to drive revenue and engagement
- Manage cross-channel CRM calendar
- Generate ideas on how to optimise CRM channels
- Write engaging copy and partner with our in-house design team to deliver elite emails and execute a seamless briefing process
- Have a high attention to detail in all work
- Take a keen interest in our products and the data insights behind them
We’re looking for experience with:
- CRM Campaigns
- Fast paced environments
- Email, push notifications and in-app messages
- B2C
The tech stack (but you don't need experience with these):
- Braze
- Google Suite
- Linear
