Overview

Get immediate access to premium job listings and exclusive employer opportunities. This role is for a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through the global employment process, support onboarding onto the RemoFirst platform, and serve as a point of contact for ongoing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers with full ownership of onboarding onto the RemoFirst platform, explaining the global employment process, gathering required documentation and data, coordinating with third parties for locally compliant documentation, and keeping all parties updated on progress.
  • Form long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on global employment.
  • Act as a global country expert on employment practices for clients, supported by internal knowledge and a network of local experts, and help keep internal resources up to date.
  • Input into CS team improvements and projects.
  • Provide feedback on the RemoFirst platform from clients to the Product team for future roadmap considerations.
  • Stay up to date with Product releases to remain a platform expert and keep clients informed about new features and enhancements.
  • Proactively manage any account or service issues, providing action plans to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.

What you’ll need

  • At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles, ideally in a SaaS platform business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in global HR, Payroll, or Global Mobility.
