Remofirst is a growing team of 100 people hyper-focused on delivering a world-class platform and unparalleled service with our industry-leading partnerships. The Channel Partner team is a big part of the Remofirst growth plan and we are looking for a stellar Partner Manager to identify and acquire partners that will drive new business referrals to Remofirst. We are looking for someone who is excited to build out a successful channel; who is excited to own this as their own; be creative and scrappy to get things done and make your mark on Remofirst’s growth!

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying organizations who Remofirst should form partnerships with and building partnerships with them. Segments include, but are not limited to; VCs/PEs, PEOs, Finance and HR Professionals, HCM and HRIS
  • Closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients to Remofirst successfully
  • Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle; from discovery, onboarding and nurture
  • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing initiatives; like events, webinars, and content sharing
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to drive channel referral growth
  • Traveling and attending events as needed to support and acquire partnerships


What you’ll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills
  • Can write email copy and sequence campaigns that relay the value proposition of Remofirst and activate partners
  • Comfortable presenting and will be the face of Remofirst with our partners
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Are entrepreneurial and are excited to own and build this business with Remofirst
  • Active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in HR Tech, Startups or FinTech
  • Experience working at a fast paced startup environment
