We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and scale our revenue operations across the full customer lifecycle. Reporting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Partnerships, this role will own key operational processes including CRM administration, sales compensation, reporting, enablement, and revenue systems. You will drive process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and ensure our revenue teams have the tools, processes, and insights they need to succeed.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, SDR, and Partner teams to optimize CRM workflows, improve sales processes, administer PandaDoc, support revenue tools, and execute cross-functional operational initiatives.
Own the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the CRM, ensuring data integrity, process consistency, and user adoption.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency across the revenue organization.
Design and deliver monthly Sales Enablement training sessions in partnership with Sales leadership, including topic selection, presentation development, and training delivery.
Own the monthly sales commission calculation process within Remuner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with compensation plans.
Partner with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate commission disbursements.
Own the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) reporting process and prepare recurring management reports to provide visibility into revenue performance.
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that support sales performance, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and executive decision-making.
Support ad hoc Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and other strategic initiatives as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives and other revenue team members on CRM, compensation, sales tools, reporting, and operational processes.
Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Leadership to document, standardize, and continuously improve revenue operations processes.
What you'll need:
5–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales Compensation, CRM Administration, or a related field.
Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
Experience administering CRM platforms and supporting revenue technology stacks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to improve processes, automate workflows, and drive operational efficiencies.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to have:
Experience with Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO), or contractor management platforms.
Experience with HubSpot CRM, PandaDoc, Apollo, and business intelligence (BI) tools.
Experience administering or managing commission software such as Remuner.
Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and customer lifecycle reporting.
