To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Marketers to help grow brand awareness and revenue for RemoFirst.
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media & Community Manager who can turn our product story, leadership insights, and customer voices into a vibrant, engaging global brand presence.
What you'll be doing:
- Own and execute RemoFirst’s global social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
- Manage and grow executive social presence for our CEO, COO, and leadership team, amplifying thought leadership and brand reach.
- Lead the development of both an internal employee advocacy program and an external influencer strategy that includes partnering with creators and thought leaders to amplify RemoFirst’s brand across global channels.
- Turn product updates, reports, and campaigns into social native stories that drive engagement and brand love.
- Build and nurture a community layer of users, advocates, and HR leaders through engagement programs and online interactions.
- Monitor analytics, social sentiment, and trends to continuously optimize content and community efforts.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to support ABM and influencer initiatives through social and community channels.
What you’ll need:
- 5-7 years of experience in Social Media, Community, or Brand Marketing, ideally for a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong copywriting skills and understanding of platform-native storytelling.
- Experience managing executive social accounts and thought leadership content.
- Comfort using social analytics tools and identifying insights to inform strategy.
- A creative, proactive mindset with a passion for connecting people through content.
- Able to use a modern tool stack to also create social content (video, visuals, etc.) as needed outside of working with our design team.
