To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Business Operations - Vendor Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.
As a Business Operations - Vendor Manager you will own vendor relationships post-contract, ensuring performance, compliance, cost control, and reliable country-level execution across the aligned are of responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as the primary owner of Local Partners relationships for assigned countries.
- Manage LP performance, SLAs, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Run quarterly QBRs with local partners
- Own LP escalations (operational, compliance, payroll, service quality).
- Ensure LP provides accurate, timely country information for internal teams (Program managers, CXG, Country Knowledge and Enablement, Legal, Sales).
- Partner closely with the Strategic Sourcing team on adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate LP-driven changes (process updates, compliance changes, system changes).
- Maintain partner documentation and internal knowledge (Confluence, country guides).
- Provide input into partner renewals, risk assessments, and consolidation strategies.

Skills & Experience
- Deep experience managing external vendors in regulated environments.
- Strong escalation management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and QBRs with local partners
- Ability to translate complex local regulations into clear internal guidance.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.
- Comfortable operating without regional silos.
