To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented Manual QA Engineers to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.
As s Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, performing manual and automated testing, and actively participating in the software development life cycle.
- What you'll do:
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Prioritize and plan testing activities.
- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
- Perform regression testing.
- What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience in QA testing or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or corresponding certification.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Experience writing and executing test plans, regression tests, and exploratory testing.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Nice to Have
- Experience testing payroll, compliance, or contractor management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or browser dev tools for debugging.
- Exposure to test automation frameworks (even if not writing scripts yet).
