Supply Chain Coordinator
Raylo
What to Expect
You’ll join our Reverse Logistics team in Belfast at a pivotal time as we build a best-in-class returns journey. We’re on a mission to maximise the value of every returned device, ensuring each is either re-leased or sustainably refurbished. You’ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
In this role, you’ll support core operational processes across returns, repair, and refurbishment while working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll have the opportunity to directly influence device lifecycle optimisation through data-led process improvements.
There’s significant scope for development; our current Belfast associates have progressed rapidly, and we’ll support your growth if you’re ambitious. In 12 months, we expect you to be a subject matter expert in reverse logistics, influencing our broader strategy.
What You’ll Do
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in advancing Raylo’s mission to power the circular economy, owning and optimising a key area of our supply chain to maximise device value, minimise waste, and deliver commercial results.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Own key stages of our supply chain, from inbound logistics to recommerce, ensuring devices flow seamlessly through return, grading, and refurbishment. Your work will be pivotal to speed, quality, and sustainability outcomes.
- Turn Data into Impact: Leverage Looker, BigQuery, and Excel to uncover operational insights, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement data-led improvements that boost throughput and asset yield.
- Enable Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the glue across Customer Operations, Finance, and external partners, ensuring our reverse logistics process is fully connected, visible, and scalable.
- Own Supplier Success: Lead third-party logistics and repair performance with rigour, tracking KPIs, enforcing SLAs, and driving accountability across our ecosystem of partners.
- Fuel Innovation: Partner with teams in Belfast and London to test and scale initiatives, from warranty enhancements to automation and smarter customer comms, turning bold ideas into measurable impact.
- Champion Circularity: Be a sustainability ambassador, bringing curiosity, grit, and a growth mindset to continuously refine how devices are reused, refurbished, and reimagined for their next life.
You’ll Succeed With
- 1+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational roles, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (start-up, scale-up, or consumer tech preferred).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and an interest in data tools such as Looker, SQL, and BigQuery.
- A degree-level education
- A mindset focused on process improvement, optimisation, and achieving measurable outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for sustainability and circular economy practices.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional and external relationships.
- An interest in how AI can be used to optimise and drive increased efficiency across supply chain processes
