What to Expect

Raylo is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow our Raylo Pay high-value relationships with our brand and distributor partners. This is a senior, cross-functional role reporting to the VP Commercial. You’ll take ownership of partner performance, manage commercial and operational alignment, and unlock new growth opportunities within your portfolio. It’s an ideal position for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational execution and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Strategic Account Ownership & Relationship Leadership

    • Serve as the primary strategic contact for the electronics brands that are leveraging our embedded subscription platform (Raylo Pay)
    • Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders across e-commerce, commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams
    • Act as the internal voice of the partner, advocating for their needs across Raylo

2. Performance & Growth Management

    • Track and optimise account KPIs, including subscription volume, conversion rates, and renewal/upgrade engagement
    • Partner with Raylo’s sales leadership to onboard and execute joint growth plans with key partners
    • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., new categories, bundles, value-add services)

3. Operational Coordination

    • Resolve issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Finance, Customer Service)
    • Maintain account documentation, reporting, and forecasting accuracy

4. Commercial & Campaign Execution

    • Own and deliver QBRs with partners, sharing performance insights and planning next steps
    • Collaborate with Marketing to co-develop promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and content strategies
    • Support pricing discussions and renewal negotiations

You’ll Succeed With

    • 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise account management and partnerships
    • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-centric approach
    • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data to drive decision-making
    • Clear communicator and relationship builder, internally and externally
    • Highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment
    • Excited by Raylo’s mission and the opportunity to create lasting impact through sustainable tech
    • A degree-level education
