What to Expect

As an Operations Strategy Associate, you’ll help drive the projects and insights that make Raylo’s operational engine run smoothly. You’ll work across different areas of Operations, including supply chain and customer operations, to support growth, improve performance, and deliver a world-class customer experience.

This role is a great fit for someone who’s highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making while building expertise across the full range of operational functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Support strategic and operational projects across Operations, from supply planning and fulfilment through to customer service and process optimisation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track key performance metrics (e.g. fulfilment performance, customer SLAs, stock health, cost efficiency).
  • Analyse operational data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new partners, products, and capabilities to ensure smooth integration into operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Product, Finance, Customer Ops) to align operational insights with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and systems that underpin Raylo’s operational performance.
  • Support supplier and partner management by tracking performance and helping to drive accountability.

You’ll Succeed With

  • 1–3 years’ experience in an operations, strategy, or analytical role (experience in fast-paced environments like tech, consumer electronics, or FMCG is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills – confident using Excel, SQL, Looker, or similar tools to turn data into insights.
  • A degree in an analytical, business, or technical field – or equivalent practical experience.A problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’re comfortable working with different teams and external partners.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach – you take initiative, iterate quickly, and improve processes.
  • Alignment with Raylo’s mission – you’re motivated by circularity, sustainability, and building a better way to access technology.

Hiring Process

  • Stage 1: Talent Screening (30–45 minutes)
  • Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview (45 minutes)
  • Stage 3: Task Stage: Case Study or Take-home task (60–90 minutes) & Online Task Review (~20 minutes)
  • Stage 4: Values-based Interview (45 minutes)
  • Stage 5: Co-founder Final (45 minutes)
