What to expect
Our People & Talent Team are on a mission to create a happy, high-performing, inclusive Raylo with our People strategy at the heart of enabling our teams to be successful. Now with established ‘products’ for many of the key stages of the employee experience, we’re continuing to iterate on all our people processes and drive continuous improvement, all while adopting a people first approach.
As we continue to scale, the challenges to retain, develop and reward our talent in a meaningful way becomes ever more important. Our ambition is to make Raylo one of the best places to work and we need an experienced People Partner to help us achieve this goal.
Reporting directly to the Head of People and being part of a small and agile team, you’ll play a key role in developing our People strategy, and taking ownership of our key people processes, policies and practices, all aligning with our mission, vision and values. You’ll collaborate across all levels of the organisation and drive talent development and employee engagement, all with the aim of building a successful Raylo.
Your passion for people will shine through and you will be excited about this amazing opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our People and Talent function at Raylo.
You'll be great at...
- Influencing and building strong cross-functional relationships. You will have excellent business acumen and be able to solve complex people problems in the context of the organisation, becoming a trusted advisor to all key partners. You’ll not be afraid to challenge to get to the root of people and business issues.
- Using data to draw insights and propose solutions to increase the effectiveness of our People strategy. Data means monitoring what success means for all aspects of the employee life cycle. During your first 3 months you will work with Joanna to establish key success metrics for the People function products and lead on reporting.
- Taking ownership of your assigned areas of focus. Your mission will be to create the best people experience for Team Raylo by enabling their growth, performance, sense of purpose and sense of belonging.
