What to expect from the role:
We’re looking for an ambitious Strategy Manager to join our Strategy team here at Raylo. You’ll be reporting to our Strategy Director and will be responsible for the direction of our consumer facing products. You’ll use data to understand how we can better drive growth through the platform we’ve built, price our leasing proposition more competitively and build business cases for expansion of our leasing product.
You will report to the Director of Strategy and be the first strategy team member focussing on Raylo’s growth. You’ll use your technical and quantitative skills to drive the strategy behind our leases, while enabling your teams to deliver more effectively on our mission. You will champion smart, data driven decisions that sustainably grow Raylo and nurture talent in the team that you build. Raylo’s success will rely on your impact on how we grow, as you take a core role steering the business through a crucial phase of growth.
Through 2023, Raylo is uniquely placed to buck the macroeconomic trend with it’s completely different take on how people get consumer electronics. You’ll work closely with the strategy director, C-Suite and other senior business leaders as your ideas help reshape our product’s fundamentals. You and your team will be responsible for defining the future direction of a core strategic advantage.
You’ll be great at:
Using your technical skills (SQL, excel) to get into the detail of our strategies, while being able to think strategically and deliver as part of a larger team.
Collaborating in a fast-paced environment across the business with diverse skill-sets and personality types. You have great stakeholder management skills and love using your analytical skills to champion data driven decision making, educate others and drive growth for the business.
Proven track record of full responsibility for business critical functions. You’ll be responsible for the development of Raylo’s core consumer facing proposition and ensuring we stay ahead of the industry.
