Craft
We are supporting people who have chosen to go after their dream. Their self-worth is highly involved in what they are building, and so their online presence must reflect that.
People impute the value of the service from its presentation, therefore our AI marketer’s work needs to look good, not cheap or “sloppy”.
To reflect this, our own work needs to show that we care.
Simplicity
Our craftspeople are not software power-users, and we don’t build for the power-user marketers.
We’re looking for simple, down to earth story-telling and education to support people who don’t like marketing jargon.
The Role
As Head of Growth, you'll own Growth Strategy & Execution to drive ARR from launch to £1m ARR and beyond in your first 12 months. Here’s what we expect:
- Implement our PLG motion across multiple channels (Reddit communities, Meta/LinkedIn/X paid ads, social organic, SEO)
- Own the funnel from awareness to activation
- Lead our sector-by-sector rollout strategy
- Run high-visibility events and seasonality opportunities (Product Hunt/Black Friday/Christmas)
This is an early-stage, generalist role - you’ll be writing playbooks, not following them.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing/growth at high-growth companies - with great past results
- Hands-on - with confidence dipping into content creation and delivery
- Strong analytical skills
Ideal
- Experience in PLG
- Comfort with 0-to-1 early growth experiments
- Leadership - ex-Founder post-PMF, or previously “Head-of” or more senior
- Genuinely strategic with clear examples

Logistics
Location: London (WeWork Monument, 51 East Cheap) - 3 days in office.
- While co-located teams move faster and have more fun, we also have a deep-work culture that protects your headspace.
Top of market compensation: £70,000 - £110,000 + generous equity with potential for meaningful upside.
