About the role…

Permutive is in search of a seasoned Senior FP&A Analyst. This person will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial planning and analysis processes by building, maintaining and refining our operational and financial models, in conjunction with other analytical responsibilities.

What you’ll be doing..

  • Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range financial plans, working in partnership with leadership.

  • Work as a trusted business partner, helping operators make better decisions

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for revenue optimization.

  • Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency in revenue reporting and analysis.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.

  • Partner with our accounting team for month-end and quarter-end close

What you’ll need..

  • Extensive experience with both traditional SaaS and transactional (usage, eCPM, marketplace, etc) revenue models ideally $100M+ in revenue, in FP&A roles.

  • Ad Tech (SSP, DSP, programmatic media, etc) experience a plus

  • Experience as an analyst in investment banking or private equity a plus

  • Experience in a data-driven, analytically rigorous role with financial data

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint (and Google Workspace equivalents)

  • Have experience of multi entity, international groups

  • Advanced Excel, BI tools eg Tableau and ERP skills

  • To be as engaged by the business as you are by your spreadsheets

What we are offering…

We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary between $100,000 - $130,000 with a 15% bonus target on company and role performance.
