About the Role
Permutive is hiring a results-oriented Enterprise Sales Director to grow new business within prominent brands and advertisers across the UK and EMEA.
This is an exciting, purely hands-on individual contributor role for a proven seller who thrives on building new relationships and closing impactful deals. You will be instrumental in expanding Permutive's footprint across the enterprise-level brand and advertiser landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing…
Ownership & Revenue Generation: Take ownership of driving new business revenue within the UK and EMEA Advertiser market, with a clear expectation to consistently exceed ambitious targets.
Proactive Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Creation: You will proactively identify and create your opportunities. You will strategically target and prioritise ideal customer profiles within the advertiser ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment and maximising long-term success. Take full ownership of your pipeline generation through strategic outreach, impactful networking, and consistent lead nurturing. You will be the driving force behind opening new doors and securing initial meetings.
Strategic Sales Execution: Develop, implement, and rigorously execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass annual UK sales goals consistently. This includes taking the initiative to map the territory, identify key opportunities, and build a robust pipeline.
Build a Sustainable Pipeline Engine: Drive high-impact activity to build a robust and predictable pipeline, establishing a framework for sustained pipeline generation within your target markets.
Become a Trusted Advisor: Position yourself as a strategic partner and subject matter expert to prospective clients. Deeply understand their critical business challenges and clearly articulate the transformative value of Permutive's unique solutions.
Shape Product Evolution: Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams, providing invaluable market feedback from qualified prospects to refine our product-market fit and ensure we remain at the cutting edge.
Internal and External Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal Permutive teams and navigate prospect organisations with finesse, acting as a knowledgeable consultant on the evolving digital marketing landscape and persuasively articulating Permutive's differentiated value proposition.
Market and Product Expertise: Maintain expert-level knowledge of evolving market trends, upcoming product updates, target buyer personas, strategic product positioning, key benefits, and core features. Effectively communicate this knowledge to create urgency and drive adoption.
Elevate Permutive's Presence: Proactively build Permutive's brand presence through active participation in key industry conferences, strategic events, and impactful networking opportunities across the UK and EMEA.
What You’ll Need…
Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of aggressively pursuing and closing new business, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets as an individual contributor.
SaaS or Data Sales Experience: Proven success in closing complex SaaS or data-centered deals.
Resourcefulness: A proactive and independent problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
Process-Driven: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing sales activities and pipelines independently.
Significant experience building relationships and closing deals with Brands and/or Advertisers within the UK market. Prior experience in Advertising, Measurement, MarTech, or CDP/DMP is highly valued. Experience in EMEA markets would be a plus.
Mastery of a solution-based selling approach with expertise in managing complex sales processes, including a working knowledge of MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.
Exceptional ability to independently develop, manage, and close new client relationships at the CxO level within Enterprise, complex accounts, particularly engaging with Marketing, Digital, Programmatic, Media, and Measurement leaders within the UK and potentially EMEA.
Experience cultivating strong relationships with Champions, Economic Buyers, and Executive Sponsors.
What we are offering…
We take a structured, objective approach to salary-setting, which is based on market information, our compensation strategy, and your experience and capability as assessed through our interview process. For a typical candidate who meets our requirements, we pay a base salary between £90,000 to £110,000.
How we compensate for success...
If you join Permutive as a Sales Director with a base salary of £100,000 and reach 100% quota attainment in a year, your OTE for that year will be around £200,000. The true earning potential is significantly higher as your potential to earn is uncapped, 100% quota attainment is the minimum expectation for our Sales Engineers.

Permutive trusts you to manage your time and deliver results. Our hybrid model allows you to choose where you work best, whether in your own productive space or our London (Farringdon) or New York (Union Square) offices. That said, none of us work alone; we are part of a team.
To foster collaboration and connection, teams in these locations come together in person at least once a week and are encouraged to benefit from being in our offices to meet with teams more often. Commercial and customer-facing teams are encouraged to embrace in-person interactions to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
