About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Operations team. In this role, you will manage projects related to customer service, ensuring timely delivery and the highest quality of services provided. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of customer service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective communication and achievement of project goals.
  • Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients and strive for continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports and present results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
  • PMO Development: Contribute to building and maintaining the Project Management Office (PMO) by developing best practices, processes, and standards.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in customer service or a related field. Experience in leading projects in data analysis or cloud applications is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analysis, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and the ability to apply them practically.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
