PeakData are a Swiss based AI company who partners with the world's top pharmaceutical companies to provide insights and analytics that enhance the effectiveness of commercial and medical teams. We are rapidly expanding to support our future growth ambitions and would like to recruit a Junior Client Services Manager to join our Client Relations team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support account management activities for both global and local clients, aiming to surpass revenue targets.
  • Assist in business development efforts in coordination with the Client Relations Lead, focusing on acquiring new clients and concurrently growing revenue from existing clients.
  • Aid in the operational project delivery aligned with the Client Relations Team across global and local clients, ensuring the delivery is of high quality and meets client satisfaction.
  • Proactively cultivate and foster long-term relationships with clients across various levels within their organizations and across different functional areas.
  • Comprehend client needs and requests thoroughly to ensure continuous alignment with their expectations.
  • Prepare and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, including planning, preparation, and execution. This involves analysing client performance, discussing key metrics, and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Manage end-to-end project management, encompassing communication and collaboration with internal colleagues and functions.
  • Proactively resolve client queries that may arise during project delivery.
  • Prioritize and manage timelines, calendars, and expected delivery dates.
  • Exhibit willingness to travel as required.

Your Experience

  • Possess at least a BSc/BA degree in marketing, business, or life sciences.
  • Desirable to have experience in account management or project management within the Pharma/Biotech industry.
  • Preferred to have previous agency experience within the Pharma/Biotech sector.
  • Capable of effectively showcasing achievements and successes from past roles.

  • Possess excellent English language skills. Proficiency in French and German would be regarded as advantageous.
