What are we looking for?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Plant Care Person/Freelance Horticulturalist to join our team in London. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates, and loves working with plants and has significant experience with indoor plants or holds a basic horticultural qualification. Initial mentoring will be provided to help you get started.

Key Responsibilities:

· Watering: Understand and manage the watering requirements of a variety of plants.

· Pruning and Plant Care: Perform tasks such as deadheading, training, planting, re-potting, and pest identification and management.

· Flexible Scheduling: Availability for early starts and to provide holiday cover.

· Mobility: Ability to move around London on foot, by bike, or using public transport.

· Work Environment: Ability to work independently or in pairs.

· Customer Service: Deliver a professional level of customer service when interacting with a variety of business clients.

· Physical Fitness: Maintain a good level of physical fitness for moving between jobs and handling heavy pots and plants.

· Compliance: Adhere to all company policies.
