🚀 Our story

Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts and we're doing that by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world towards a sustainable future where waste is eliminated and all replacement parts are universally searchable, accessible and available to all.

Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we utilise cutting-edge technology to solve challenging but exciting problems that make a huge impact in a $1.9 trillion industry. We've more than tripled our team over the last 12 months and expect to double in size again over the coming 12 months. We're a global team spanning both Europe and Australasia.

We provide a scalable digital infrastructure solution to some of the world's largest businesses and the most exciting startups. Partly's solutions are integrated across hundreds of companies globally, providing the backbone for cataloguing and managing parts online.

Our investors in Blackbird Ventures (Canva, CultureAmp etc.), Square Peg, Octopus Ventures, Icehouse, Peter Beck (Rocket Lab), Akshay Kothari (Notion Co-Founder) and Dylan Field (Figma Co-Founder).

We're continuing to build a world-class team and ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives. We're proud of the culture we've built at Partly, and our values are lived throughout every experience.

🖍️ This role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a hands-on, high-impact builder who will help drive Partly's next major phase of growth—scaling our team from around 100 people today to 500, then 1,200+ globally.

You'll play a central role in turning ambitious hiring goals into real outcomes, partnering directly with leaders and hiring managers to find, attract, and hire exceptional talent across the UK and Europe. This is a craft-focused recruiting role for someone who cares deeply about both quality and speed, thrives in a high-growth environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and believes every hire should strengthen the culture and raise the bar.

You'll own end-to-end recruiting, build trusted partnerships across the business, and help develop the systems and talent infrastructure that make sustainable growth possible. Beyond day-to-day hiring, you'll help shape how recruiting scales—improving tools, workflows, and hiring capabilities so we can move quickly without compromising on quality.

This is an opportunity to help build one of the world's highest-performing teams and have a meaningful impact on Partly's future.

💻 What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for US / UK based roles, from intake through offer, ensuring every hire raises the bar.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop targeted hiring strategies that attract exceptional talent.

  • Source and engage top candidates through creative, data-driven approaches—leveraging niche communities, outbound sourcing, referrals, and other channels to build strong long-term talent pipelines.

  • Run structured, high-quality hiring processes by driving clear timelines, setting expectations, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates through transparent, responsive communication throughout the hiring process.

  • Use data to improve hiring outcomes by tracking funnel metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously optimizing recruiting performance.

  • Champion Partly's employer brand by showcasing our mission, culture, and values through authentic storytelling and community engagement.

  • Represent Partly at industry events and within talent communities, strengthening our employer brand and expanding our network.

  • Collaborate with the global Talent team to share insights, align recruiting practices, and improve hiring operations across the business.

🥷 Your skills

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing, high-performance organizations.

  • Strong track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across multiple functions.

  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders at every level.

  • Highly organized and data-driven, using recruiting metrics to make decisions and continuously improve results.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid growth while maintaining speed and quality.

  • Experienced with modern recruiting tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.

  • Strong understanding of employer branding and talent marketing, with the ability to position the company effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Knowledge of inclusive hiring and fair recruiting practices, with a commitment to equitable and compliant hiring processes.

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, using modern tools and digital channels to identify and engage top talent.

Bonus: Experience recruiting across ANZ or Asia-Pacific markets, and contributing to regional employer branding initiatives.

Please note: if you don't have all the skills or experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Many people count themselves out. We'd love the chance to learn more about you and why you're exceptional.
