🚀 OUR STORY

Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts, and we're doing that by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world toward a sustainable future where waste is eliminated and all replacement parts are universally searchable, accessible, and available to all.

Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we use cutting-edge technology to solve complex, high-impact problems in a $1.9 trillion industry. We've more than tripled our team over the last 12 months and plan to double again. Our team spans Europe and Australasia, delivering scalable digital infrastructure used by the world's largest businesses and most exciting startups.

Our investors include Blackbird Ventures (Canva, CultureAmp), Square Peg, Octopus Ventures, Hillfarrance, Icehouse, Peter Beck (Rocket Lab), Akshay Kothari (Notion Co-Founder), and Dylan Field (Figma Co-Founder). We're continuing to build a world-class team and ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives.

🖍️ THIS ROLE

The Talent Coordinator will be the operational backbone of Partly's Talent Acquisition team, owning the end-to-end candidate experience and keeping our hiring engine running with precision. They will report to Dan Walker (Head of Talent).

This is an early-career role built for someone who is hungry to learn how world-class hiring works from the inside. You don't need years of recruiting experience. You need to be sharp, organised, and genuinely excited about the idea that the people a company hires determine everything.

We're open to recent graduates and people moving across from adjacent roles: ops, executive assistance, customer success, or anywhere you've had to juggle competing priorities, communicate clearly, and make things run smoothly. If that's you, we want to hear from you.

You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers across NZ, the UK, and Europe, supporting live campaigns and keeping the process tight. As we scale from ~100 to ~400 people over the next 24 months, there is a real path here for the right person to grow into a full recruiter or TA ops role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own interview scheduling end-to-end across all active roles, coordinating across time zones (NZ, UK, EU) with minimal friction for candidates and interviewers

  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process, from first touch to offer, ensuring every touchpoint is warm, timely, and on-brand

  • Maintain data hygiene across Ashby (our ATS) and Notion, keeping pipelines clean, scorecards up to date, and role statuses accurate

  • Support sourcing campaigns by building prospect lists, tracking outreach, and helping keep the pipeline moving on priority roles

  • Coordinate offer logistics, including reference checks, drafting offer letters, and managing the handoff to onboarding

  • Help maintain interviewer resources, including loop guides, briefing notes, and prep materials, so every interviewer walks in ready

  • Flag process gaps and suggest improvements; we want someone who is curious about how things work and vocal when they spot a better way

🌟 WHO YOU ARE

Organised to a fault. Nothing slips. You build habits and systems to stay on top of multiple moving parts, and you hold yourself to a high standard without being asked.

Candidate-obsessed. You get that every touchpoint is a reflection of Partly's brand. You care how candidates feel and go out of your way to make the experience exceptional, even when it's just a scheduling email.

A clear, warm communicator. You write well and can tailor your tone to the moment, whether it's a prep note to a hiring manager or a rejection to a candidate who deserves a thoughtful response.

Curious and improvement-minded. You notice when something could work better, and you say so. You're not waiting to be senior enough to have an opinion.

Energised by fast-moving environments. You're joining a team where the playbook is still being written. You can figure out what needs to happen next without being told, and you bring structure to situations that don't have it yet.

🪅 BENEFITS
