We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Representative to take ownership of sales growth across Latin America. This role is quota-carrying and results-driven—you will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and ensuring the successful adoption of Overture Life’s IVF device.
You’ll operate with a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution: identifying and closing new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and cultivating lasting relationships with clinics, labs, and distributors. This is a critical role with visibility across the organization and direct input into our commercial strategy.
- Own and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the LATAM region
- Develop and execute a clear and focused sales plan to meet or exceed quota
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities with fertility clinics, labs, egg banks, and distributors
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, product presentation, negotiation, and close
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the fertility space
- Deliver product demos and technical consultations that effectively position the value and clinical impact of Overture Life’s solutions
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
- Represent Overture Life at key industry events and conferences to build pipeline and market presence
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and sales reporting using CRM tools
- Travel extensively within the region to drive business and support clients on-site
- 6–10 years of success in medical device sales, ideally within the fertility, lab, or women’s health space
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Experience selling to or working with fertility clinics, IVF labs, or similar clinical environments
- Solid understanding of fertility-related products (e.g. microscopes, culture media, consumables) is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong business acumen and a self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Based in Panama with regional travel availability
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
