Purpose of Role

The People team reflects who we are as a company; we have our finger on the pulse, genuinely care about our people, and are ambassadors of our culture. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic People Partner to drive impact for our growing team in Warsaw and across the EMEA region by focusing on attracting and recruiting great talent, partnering with managers to support the development and growth of our teams, and driving initiatives that support engagement, and encourage in-person work time that is meaningful and fun.

This pivotal role is instrumental in ensuring seamless office and people operations and enhancing the overall experience. Our Warsaw office serves as a critical technology hub for our global team, and this role will be critical to both the Warsaw team as well as impact the experience across our EMEA region. In this role, you will be part of the global People team and will serve as a partner to our Sr. Director, SW Engineering and other key stakeholders in the Warsaw office.

Key Responsibilities

People Business Partner:

  • Recruitment and talent movement:
    • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job advertisement to candidate onboarding working in collaboration with the People Operations team for the Warsaw team.
    • Partner with hiring managers to establish and publish job advertisements and distribute them across multiple platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, JustJoin.it, NoFluffJob).
    • Maintain our ATS (traffit.com) and manage job credits on relevant portals as needed.
    • Screen CVs, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interview logistics including candidate assessments.
    • Manage interview processes, communicate outcomes, and handle candidate offers efficiently.
    • Manage New Hire Onboarding in collaboration with our People Operations team and Global IT team. Ensure comprehensive familiarization with company policies, mandatory training, benefits, and systems.
    • Manage offboarding procedures, including account closures, equipment returns, and adherence to established protocols.
  • People Operations:
    • Collaborate closely with the Global People Operations Team to ensure alignment of HR strategies with operational goals. Act as a strategic partner to help drive organizational efficiency and growth.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our operations outside of Poland and provide support as the company expands into Central Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Ensure that HR practices and policies are scalable and adaptable to new regions.
  • In partnership with local leadership, lead the communication and execution of core talent lifecycle processes that ensure the team is delivering to the work that is needed.
  • Engagement and Culture Development:
    • Support, coach, and advise managers on team-related matters and performance objectives.
    • In partnership with the global People team, lead initiatives to enhance engagement and strengthen company culture. Develop and recommend programs and activities that foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusion, and support employee well-being and retention.
    • Build credibility and trust within our team by answering questions, providing guidance, and resolving concerns with empathy and follow-through.
    • People Operations & Administration:
      • Partnering with People Operations and Finance, review and update policies & the handbook.
      • Administer the company benefits and oversee relationships with providers for the office.
      • Handle Benefits, invoice reconciliation and payments for such benefits (e.g. health insurance, Multisport cards).
    Office Management And Administration

  • Handling Contacts & Correspondence:
    • Manage communication channels and correspondence related to office operations, acting as the contact for internal and external matters, including vendor relationships.
    • Oversee the office space, procure office supplies, IT hardware where required.
    • Internal Events and Social Activities:
    • Plan and organize internal events to foster team cohesion, manage logistics, budgets and vendor relationships.
    • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as required

    We are looking for a minimum of 5 years experience with a focus in the following:

    • Proven success in attracting and recruiting talent (focus on IT required), leveraging an ATS, and managing processes.
    • Passion for identifying and driving opportunities to help colleagues reach their potential and drive a positive career experience. Some experience in giving feedback to managers / teams in the interest of driving higher performance.
    • Competency with HR administration, B2B contracting, Polish employment law and regulations, and office management.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; and ability to manage through ambiguity.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; and comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Proficiency using Google suite and Microsoft office a plus, in a professional setting.
    • Fluency in English is required at a minimum B2 level.

    Salary range (monthly): 12 000 PLN – 20 000 PLN on B2B
