Opensignal is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Corporate Accounting to lead and oversee our growing North American regional accounting and group consolidation processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of our financial data across multiple products and regions.   • nuity.Lead Global Consolidation Efforts: Oversee the global consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results. Manage intercompany transactions and eliminations to ensure financial inte
  • grity.Financial Reporting: Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, ensuring they reflect the company’s financial position accurately and in accordance with US GAAP accounting standards. Provide insights and analysis on financial performance to senior leade
  • rship.Systems Management: Oversee Netsuite ERP system, and responsible for leading optimization projects; identify and assist with implementation of systems improve
  • ments.Implement Best Practices: Develop and implement best practices for financial consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting standards and regula
  • tions.Month-End Close and Reporting Improvement: Continually develop, expand, and improve global month-end close and financial reporting procedures, helping to drive the reduction of the close timeline by assessing and streamlining close-related activ
