This is a hybrid position. The team work together from the office on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays at our office located in Shoreditch High street.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our London team. Your mission is to help expand Ometria’s customer base and become an expert within the retail MarTech industry.

Ometria helps marketers plan and launch their most profitable campaigns twice as fast, increasing their customer loyalty and CRM revenue with personalized marketing messages all throughout the customer journey.

Our platform combines the data unification and customer insight of a CDP with an experience platform, letting retail marketers easily and efficiently create experiences their customers love across email, mobile, on-site, social, direct mail and more.

Ometria is trusted by some of the fastest growing retail brands in the world such as Brooklinen, Davines, Steve Madden, and Sephora.

We have a team of over 120 Ometrians based in North America and Europe. We have raised $75m from leading venture capital funds across the world such as Infravia Capital Partners, Octopus Ventures, Summit Action, Sonae IM and many others.

Key outcomes:

  • Deliver your closed won sales quota - your core outcome is to deliver your quarterly and annual sales target, in line with our overall sales KPIs which are currently an average contract value of over £100,000 and a win/loss ratio of over 30%.

In addition to the above outcomes, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building - You will foster and maintain relationships with senior retail stakeholders, ensuring that they know your value & take your call as a trusted professional
  • Generate Pipeline - You will generate and qualify opportunities alongside the BDR team by making calls, sending emails and using other channels
  • Deliver presentations and pitches - You will have total knowledge and ability to pitch our offering and demo the product both in a face to face and virtual environment.
  • Follow internal sign-off process - You will manage the completion of commercial and legal terms by following the appropriate internal sign-off process. Set clear expectations to clients throughout the process and complete a thorough handover of the client to the Customer teams.
  • CRM management - You will keep our CRM (Salesforce) up to date, filling in all fields required for the sales team’s operation, and be on top of your progress against targets.
