About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The opportunity: Technical Product Owner

As Technical Product Owner at myTomorrows, you will be embedded across our Infrastructure and Security teams, two lean, senior groups that own the company's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platform, and security posture. This is a delivery enablement role. Your job is to protect the focus of highly capable engineers, keep their work visible to the rest of the organization, and make sure delivery runs smoothly.

This is not a product strategy role, and it is not an engineering role. You won't be setting the roadmap direction or writing code. You will own the rhythm of agile ceremonies, maintain and communicate a clear team roadmap, and act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and the engineering teams. You'll need enough technical grounding to follow infrastructure and security conversations and represent them faithfully to a non-technical audience.

Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance of our office in Amsterdam.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies for the Infrastructure and Security teams including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and reviews, while keeping the backlog healthy and well-groomed

  • Maintain and communicate the team roadmap, keeping it accurate and up to date, presenting it to stakeholders across the company, and making progress, dependencies, and changes visible

  • Manage stakeholder intake by triaging incoming requests, setting expectations on timelines, and protecting the teams from ad-hoc interrupts. Where a request needs deep technical input, connect the stakeholder directly with the right engineer

  • Track delivery and surface risk early, flagging blockers, slipping dependencies, and cross-team conflicts to the Engineering Manager before they become problems

  • Support access management operations on a transitional basis, handling routine access requests like provisioning, password resets, and permission reviews, while the team works toward full automation

  • Support the Engineering Manager with cross-functional communication, status reporting, and meeting preparation

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years in a scrum master, delivery lead, or technical product owner role, ideally supporting infrastructure, platform, or security teams

  • Confident agile facilitator who runs ceremonies that people find useful and keeps backlogs healthy without micromanaging engineers

  • Strong communicator who can translate technical work into language non-technical stakeholders understand, and knows when a conversation needs an engineer in the room rather than a summary

  • Conversational familiarity with cloud and platform concepts like AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, enough to follow the work and ask good questions

  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously

  • Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a regulated environment such as healthcare or fintech

  • Familiarity with access management tooling and identity concepts like Azure AD, IAM, and SSO

  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM

What success in the first 6 months looks like:

  • You've built trust with the Infrastructure and Security teams and are running ceremonies that engineers find genuinely useful, not box-ticking.

  • You've taken full ownership of the team roadmap. It's accurate, well-communicated, and stakeholders across the company know where to look.

  • You've established a clean intake process that shields the teams from unplanned interrupts, with stakeholders knowing what to expect and when.

  • You've flagged delivery risks early and consistently, giving the Engineering Manager the visibility needed to act before issues escalate.

  • You've handed off access management tasks to tooling or automation, reducing the operational overhead on the team.

What we offer:

  • Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments

  • International work environment, scale-up energy and a flat organizational structure that encourages creativity and accountability

  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus and an Employee Stock Option Plan

  • Great career development opportunities in a fast-growing company

  • Learning and development budget alongside internal knowledge sharing sessions

  • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by myTomorrows

  • Hybrid working model

  • Policies to support working parents

  • Healthy lunch at the thriving Amsterdam office

  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp

  • Monthly events hosted by our vibrant Culture Club as well as an annual 'myTomorrowland' company-wide celebration
