About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The opportunity: Manager Real-World Data (RWD)

As Manager Real-World Data at myTomorrows, you'll lead our RWD team and own the strategy behind how we collect, manage, and leverage real-world data from Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and other non-interventional studies. You'll be the internal and external face of RWD at myTomorrows — shaping how we work with clients, represent the field, and continuously raise the bar on data quality and compliance.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Lead and manage the Real-World Data team, including RWD Associates, Specialists, and Interns.

  • Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy at myTomorrows.

  • Oversee the set-up and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and non-interventional studies.

  • Support clients on eCRF design, database set-up, and data management planning.

  • Author and review RWD-related policies and SOPs within myTomorrows' Quality Management System.

  • Represent myTomorrows externally on RWD topics — including at conferences, business development meetings, and audits.

  • Build awareness and understanding of RWD internally across the organization.

  • Stay current on data collection practices and regulatory developments in the EAP space.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, (Bio)medical Sciences, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in Real-World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience — managing teams or complex projects.

  • Experience with RWD collection within Expanded Access Programs is a strong plus.

  • Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent client communication, project management, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

What success looks like in 6 months:

  • You've taken ownership of the RWD team and established clear processes for data collection quality and compliance.

  • Client relationships are strong, and RWD deliverables are consistently meeting program goals.

  • You're actively contributing to business development and external representation of myTomorrows' RWD expertise.

  • Internal stakeholders see you as the go-to person for all things Real-World Data.
