About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
The Medical Community Team (MCT) at myTomorrows plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships to expand the platform's user base. The team is responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and retaining healthcare professionals (HCPs) and clinical research teams (CRTs) through engagement, education, and partnership initiatives. The ultimate goal is to enable faster and more equitable patient access to innovative treatments.
The Medical Community Operations Specialist is responsible for owning and optimizing the core operational processes that support Medical Community activities globally. This includes managing and improving systems, workflows, and data visibility related to outreach, referrals, client onboarding, and CRT engagement.
The role acts as an operational partner to clinical research teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring that complex interactions related to clinical trials, Expanded Access Programs (EAPs), and patient referrals are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Ensure that MCT systems (HubSpot, dashboards, trackers) are trusted sources of truth for outreach, referrals, enrollments, and engagement activities
Data visibility, reporting & insights
Lead initiatives to improve data visibility across MCT activities, including outreach, referrals, responsiveness, and pipeline health
Design, maintain, and iterate on dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear insight into performance, impact, and bottlenecks
Translate operational and engagement data into actionable insights that inform prioritization, decision‑making, and resource allocation
Client onboarding & process improvement
Take full ownership of client onboarding processes, identifying friction points and driving the redesign and implementation of improved workflows, templates, and documentation
Identify, propose, and implement SOPs and workflow improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across global operations
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and drive resolution to support faster referral closure and improved patient access outcomes
Stakeholder & CRT partnership
Act as an operational partner for clinical research teams and internal stakeholders
Manage complex interactions related to clinical trials, EAPs, and patient referrals
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant communication across stakeholders involved in the referral and enrollment process
What you bring to the table:
