About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The Medical Community Team (MCT) at myTomorrows plays a critical role in building and maintaining relationships to expand the platform's user base. The team is responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and retaining healthcare professionals (HCPs) and clinical research teams (CRTs) through engagement, education, and partnership initiatives. The ultimate goal is to enable faster and more equitable patient access to innovative treatments.

The Medical Community Operations Specialist is responsible for owning and optimizing the core operational processes that support Medical Community activities globally. This includes managing and improving systems, workflows, and data visibility related to outreach, referrals, client onboarding, and CRT engagement.

The role acts as an operational partner to clinical research teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring that complex interactions related to clinical trials, Expanded Access Programs (EAPs), and patient referrals are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

In parallel, the role is responsible for translating clinical, operational, and engagement data into actionable insights, enabling leadership and teams to make informed, strategic decisions. This position requires strong operational ownership, systems thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to move the Medical Community function from manual, fragmented processes to scalable and trusted systems.

What you'll do in this role:

MCT operations & systems ownership

  • Own and optimize core MCT operational workflows, transitioning from manual and duplicative tracking to scalable, standardized systems

  • Manage and continuously improve HubSpot lead and deal pipelines, ensuring high data accuracy, usability, and adoption across stakeholders

  • Ensure that MCT systems (HubSpot, dashboards, trackers) are trusted sources of truth for outreach, referrals, enrollments, and engagement activities

Data visibility, reporting & insights

  • Lead initiatives to improve data visibility across MCT activities, including outreach, referrals, responsiveness, and pipeline health

  • Design, maintain, and iterate on dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear insight into performance, impact, and bottlenecks

  • Translate operational and engagement data into actionable insights that inform prioritization, decision‑making, and resource allocation

Client onboarding & process improvement

  • Take full ownership of client onboarding processes, identifying friction points and driving the redesign and implementation of improved workflows, templates, and documentation

  • Identify, propose, and implement SOPs and workflow improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and consistency across global operations

  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and drive resolution to support faster referral closure and improved patient access outcomes

Stakeholder & CRT partnership

  • Act as an operational partner for clinical research teams and internal stakeholders

  • Manage complex interactions related to clinical trials, EAPs, and patient referrals

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant communication across stakeholders involved in the referral and enrollment process

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical research coordination, or project management

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical science preferred.

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, clinical trials, expanded access programs, and patient access policies is preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and multiple tracking systems

  • Ability to prioritize different commitments while maintaining high quality of work

  • Proactivity and ability to work unsupervised

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Attention to detail and ability to record information and clinical data accurately

  • Ability to build relationships of trust and manage confidential information and data appropriately

  • A team player that thrives in a multicultural, diverse environment.
