The Opportunity:
At MyTomorrows, our People & Culture team plays a central role in building high-impact, patient-centric teams. We are looking for a hands-on People & Culture Business Partner (PBP) who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
As a PBP, you are a trusted partner to leaders and teams, translating business needs into practical people solutions. You combine operational excellence with strong advisory capabilities across the full team member lifecycle, from performance and engagement to development and succession.
This role requires someone who can zoom in on individual cases and zoom out to systemic organizational improvements. You’ll be part of an ambitious team that is growing quickly and report to our Director People & Culture - Yara says hi!👋🏻

What You’ll Do
Drive and Improve People Programs
Partner closely with the Director People & Culture and fellow PBP to continuously improve and scale People programs and processes. You lead the execution of performance management, talent management, development, and succession planning within your assigned areas, ensuring programs are embedded effectively in the business.
Coach and Enable Leaders
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on leadership effectiveness, feedback quality, and building high-impact, patient-centric teams. Your guidance is aligned with myTomorrow’s culture and values.
Lead Team Member Relations & Strengthen Team Effectiveness
Own employee relations cases end-to-end, including performance improvement trajectories, conflict resolution, and exits. Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and support managers in driving engagement and sustainable team improvements.
What You Bring to the Table
6+ years of experience in HR business partnering and operations, with a strong track record in hands-on business partnering, employee relations, and supporting leaders in a scaling organization.
Strong coaching and influencing skills; you are confident challenging senior stakeholders.
Excellent judgment and high integrity in complex people matters.
Deep understanding of people practices and Dutch labor law. US labor law is a huge plus!
Knowledge of organizational design principles and change management.
Ability to operate independently while remaining highly collaborative.
A pragmatic, execution-focused mindset combined with strategic thinking.

You have partnered with managers to drive targeted initiatives that measurably improve team engagement.
You have conducted skill assessments across assigned teams and translated insights into clear hiring and development plans.
You have facilitated bottom-up team effectiveness sessions, with teams actively implementing improvement initiatives.
People programs in your scope are running effectively and consistently, with leaders confident in applying them.
Senior leaders see you as a trusted, thoughtful sparring partner.
