About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 2,900 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The opportunity: Web Designer & Builder

As Web Designer & Builder at myTomorrows, you will own the design, build, and optimization of our marketing website and landing pages with a sharp focus on conversion, performance, and scalability.

This is a hands-on role within Marketing, focused on shipping high-quality pages quickly, maintaining our WordPress-based landing page ecosystem, and contributing to the transition of our marketing website to a new CMS and web framework.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering while retaining clear ownership over execution and results.

What you’ll do in this role

  • Design and build high-converting landing pages for patient recruitment, lead-gen, and partnership using Droip (a Webflow-like visual page builder for WordPress).

  • Create reusable page sections and components that increase publishing velocity, consistency, and scalability.

  • Improve conversion rate, page speed, accessibility, and SEO fundamentals across key pages.

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Design, Brand & Comms, and Engineering to enable successful launches and meaningful journey experiences.

  • Turn program briefs, campaigns, and growth experiments into live pages within target timelines and specifications.

  • Maintain and refactor existing pages to reduce technical debt and improve scalability.

  • Use modern, AI-assisted development workflows (e.g. Cursor or similar tools) to accelerate build, iteration, and refactoring without compromising code quality or maintainability.

What you bring to the table

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building production marketing pages or landing pages, preferably within BioPharma.

  • Strong experience working with WordPress modern visual or component-based page builders (e.g., Webflow-style environments).

  • Ability to independently design and ship responsive, production-grade layouts (HTML/CSS).

  • System-first design mindset: comfortable working with reusable visual patterns and guardrails rather than reinviting layouts every time.

  • Solid understanding of CRO, page speed performance, SEO hygiene, and accessibility.

  • Comfortable working with Figma design files and component libraries to implement layouts accurately and consistently.

  • Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your daily build workflow.

What success in the first 6 months looks like

  • High-impact patient recruitment, lead-gen, and partnership landing pages are consistently shipped.

  • Publishing velocity is materially higher because a library of reusable page components is in place.

  • Key patient and lead-gen pages show measurable uplifts in funnel conversion as a result of page UX and performance improvements.

  • The Droip/WordPress page ecosystem is clean, structured, and maintainable, not a collection of one-off builds.

  • Marketing, Product Design, and Engineering treat you as the owner of web execution.

What we offer:

  • Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.

  • International work environment, scale-up energy and a flat organizational structure that encourages creativity and accountability.

  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus and an Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Great career development opportunities in a fast-growing company.

  • Learning and development budget alongside internal knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by myTomorrows.

  • Hybrid working model.

  • Policies to support working parents.

  • Healthy lunch at the thriving Amsterdam office.

  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp

  • Enjoy monthly events hosted by our vibrant Culture Club as well as an annual ‘myTomorrowland’ company-wide celebration!
