About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.
We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 2,900 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
The opportunity: Senior Associate, Pharma Partnerships
As our Sr. Associate, Pharma Partnerships, you’ll be at the forefront of building and qualifying early-stage Biopharma partner leads.
You’ll be instrumental in enabling efficient commercial operations, managing and triaging inbound leads, executing early prospect engagements, and supporting lead generation through research and market intelligence. Your work will be critical to ensuring our commercial team, with a focus on Biopharma, has the tools, insights, and qualified leads they need to build successful partnerships.
This is a dynamic, hands-on commercial role that blends research, outreach, operations, and early sales enablement—perfect for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and commercially curious.
What you'll do in this role:
Own the commercial team’s shared inbox — triaging inbound inquiries, managing lead responses, and scheduling intro calls using defined playbooks.
Qualify early-stage leads and coordinate smooth handovers to the appropriate commercial stakeholders.
Execute and track Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) with prospective partners.
Conduct desktop research on companies, markets, and events to support lead generation and provide briefing materials for the Pharma Partnerships team.
Monitor industry news and trends to surface relevant insights and identify potential outreach opportunities.
Build persona-driven target lists using LinkedIn, HubSpot, and enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo) to support events, webinars, and outbound campaigns.
Assist with outreach by enriching lead lists pre and post-event, tagging personas, and sourcing accurate contact data.
Prepare automated sequences in HubSpot to support scalable lead engagement.
Take clear, structured notes during intro and discovery calls for internal documentation.
Keep CRM records accurate, aligned with the sales funnel, and ready for reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Community, and Commercial teams to support lead generation related to trial sites and Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs).
What you bring to the table:
4+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, partnerships, or commercial support roles — preferably in health tech, pharma, or biotech.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work.
Confidence in working with CRM tools like HubSpot and lead enrichment platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
A proactive mindset and comfort with ambiguity—you're ready to jump in and build from the ground up.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage with internal teams and prospective clients professionally.
A knack for research, data accuracy, and strategic thinking when it comes to identifying the right leads and crafting outreach.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
What success in the first 6 months looks like:
You’ve established a fast, reliable process for triaging inbound leads and scheduling intro calls.
You’re consistently qualifying leads and contributing to the growth of a high-quality sales pipeline.
Your research and briefing materials are empowering the commercial team with insights that drive results.
HubSpot and lead enrichment workflows are streamlined and support scalable campaigns.
You’re a go-to person for anything related to commercial enablement, from target lists to event follow-ups.
