About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.
We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 2,900 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 50+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
The opportunity: Event Marketer
As an Event Marketer at myTomorrows, you’ll play a key role in scaling our global event strategy. In 2026, we plan to participate in more than 50 industry conferences and tradeshows to reach BioPharma sponsors, CROs, and clinical research teams. In this role, you’ll help plan and deliver high-impact events that generate leads, support commercial meetings, strengthen our brand, and improve event ROI. You’ll work closely with our existing Event Marketer, Growth Marketing Lead, Commercial team, and Medical Community team to deliver smooth, on-brand event experiences.
What you’ll do in this role
Plan and execute assigned conferences and events end-to-end, including timelines, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support where needed.
Work collaboratively across teams (Marketing, Commercial, and Medical Community) to ensure messaging, content, and audience experience are compliant and on-brand.
Coordinate pre-, at-, and post-event outreach (email flows, booth activities, meeting scheduling, follow-up workflows) to drive engagement and lead conversion.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors (venues, event tech platforms, stand builders, agencies) to ensure high-quality, on-brand events delivered on time and on budget.
Work with RevOps to track event performance (touch points, meetings booked, leads, pipeline influence) and use these insights to improve future events.
What you bring to the table
2–3 years of experience in B2B event marketing or conference/tradeshow coordination, ideally within a marketing or commercial team.
Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of event management best practices, specifically at tradeshows — understanding timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and cost-efficient planning.
Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot is a plus) to track event leads and measure performance; familiarity with tools like Zoom and Cvent is an advantage.
Skilled in vendor relations, contract negotiation, and budget management.
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
Background in the medical or healthcare sector (preferred but not required).
What success in the first 6 months looks like
You’ve successfully planned and executed around 10 conferences within our event calendar, managing logistics and ensuring high-quality delivery.
Pre-, at-, and post-event workflows are in place and consistently used for your events to drive engagement and lead conversion.
You’ve introduced at least one new booth engagement or conversion tactic that increases qualified interactions or leads gathered at events.
Event performance for your assigned conferences is accurately tracked in HubSpot and reporting is shared with key stakeholders after each event.
You’ve built strong working relationships with the existing Event Marketing Lead, Growth Marketing, Commercial team, and Medical team, and are viewed as a reliable partner for event execution.
You can independently manage your assigned events end-to-end, demonstrating strong ownership and attention to detail.
