About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 2,900 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 50+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The opportunity: Sustainability & Vendor Manager

As the Sustainability & Vendor Manager, you will shape how myTomorrows embeds sustainability goals and scalable procurement practices into its operations. This role combines sustainability strategy development with building and running a fit-for-purpose procurement and vendor lifecycle management function in a fast-growing healthtech environment. You will work cross-functionally to set clear standards for vendors handling sensitive data and critical products, while establishing processes that support responsible long-term growth.

What you'll do in this role

  • Develop and maintain the company’s sustainability policy, covering environmental, ethical, and governance requirements relevant to a global healthtech company.

  • Develop and translate the sustainability strategy into operational processes, governance, and supplier practices that meet recognized ESG standards and generate the evidence required for EcoVadis readiness.

  • Lead the company’s EcoVadis certification cycle to get certified and maintain and enhance certification based on the company’s sustainability strategy.

  • Build a sustainable, efficient vendor lifecycle management process, including onboarding, documentation requirements, vendor evaluations, remediation follow-up, and renewal support.

  • Support category-level sourcing decisions with a focus on cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability improvements.

  • Partner closely with Legal, Security, Data Protection, Finance, and Operations to ensure aligned decision-making.

  • Establish a standardized RFP process with templates, evaluation criteria, and workflows that incorporate sustainability and compliance requirements.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the procurement and vendor lifecycle management function as the company scales, with potential to grow into a senior or lead role.

What you bring to the table

  • Experience in sustainability, procurement, vendor management or a related operational discipline.

  • Ability to design and implement scalable workflows in a growing organization.

  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially in environments involving legal, security, data protection, and operational stakeholders.

  • A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and documentation.

  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks or certifications (EcoVadis experience is a plus).

  • Comfort working with vendors handling sensitive data or regulated products.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up.

What success looks like in 6 months

  • You have mapped all vendors, identified key risk areas, and assessed gaps in current processes.

  • Vendor onboarding and vendor management processes are operational, producing consistent documentation and improved visibility into vendor-related risks.

  • The sustainability policy and supplier code of conduct are adopted and accepted by critical vendors.

  • EcoVadis readiness is established, with key documentation collected and required policy/process updates initiated.

  • Cross-functional teams rely on you as the central partner for vendor-related decisions.

  • You are shaping the long-term sustainability strategy and procurement roadmap as the company scales.

What we offer:

  • Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.

  • International work environment, scale-up energy, and a flat organizational structure encouraging creativity and accountability.

  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and an Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Great career development opportunities in a fast-growing company.

  • Learning and development budget alongside internal knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by myTomorrows.

  • Hybrid working model.

  • Policies to support working parents.

  • Healthy lunch at the thriving Amsterdam office.

  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp

  • Enjoy monthly events hosted by our vibrant Culture Club as well as an annual ‘myTomorrowland’ company-wide celebration!
