About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.
We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 2,900 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 50+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.
The opportunity: Program Manager - Clinical Trial Operations
As a Program Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure (global) access to clinical trials via smooth running digital patient recruitment and pre-screening programs. The aim of our patient recruitment programs is to (1) increase patients’ and physicians’ clinical trial awareness and understanding, (2) pre-screen patients to assess their potential clinical trial eligibility, (3) provide high-quality patient referrals to clinical trial sites and 4) ultimately boost patient enrolment rates. You will serve as the first point of contact for pharmaceutical and biotech partners, providing end‑to‑end oversight of all patient recruitment program activities. You will ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of patient recruitment programs by coordinating stakeholders and driving effective, compliant patient engagement from first contact to site referral and enrolment. You will be supported by cross-functional experts across Patient Navigation, Medical Community, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
What you'll do in this role:
Be the primary contact person for our BioPharma clients and internal stakeholders for the patient recruitment programs under your responsibility
Be responsible for the onboarding and launch of new programs, including overseeing the development of patient recruitment materials (e.g., clinical trial landing pages with pre-screening questionnaires)
Ensure a smooth-running program and insight-driven reporting
Keep (financial) oversight of the program and manage all the ongoing activities and communication
Create detailed timelines including deliverables, milestones and objectives and ensure that deadlines are being met
Develop strong relations and trust with all stakeholders and keep them up to date on the progress of your programs
Achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction
Develop and advise on solutions to tackle operational issues along with relevant subject matter experts
Contribute to improving our patient recruitment and pre-screening processes and strategies
Support overall myTomorrows program performance and operations, as needed.
What you bring to the table:
University degree in Life Sciences/Healthcare (preferred)
2+ years of trial / project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry / CROs
Thorough understanding of clinical research and clinical trial patient recruitment
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and budget oversight
Experience leading client-facing programs, including managing expectations, communicating progress, and serving as a trusted partner to Sponsors and sites
Strong communication and diplomatic skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations, balance stakeholder interests, and maintain productive long‑term relationships
A commercial mindset, with the ability to understand commercial drivers, track program financials, and contribute to strategic decision‑making
Basic understanding of how web pages and search engine ads function, to ensure a smooth collaboration with the Marketing and Product & Engineering teams
A good eye for detail; thinking in processes/operations comes natural to you
Able to prioritize, analyze issues, optimize processes and find / recommend alternative solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
