About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 125 countries, to date, we’ve supported over 15,000 patients and 2,400 physicians, earning the trust of 50+ Biopharma companies.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The opportunity: People Operations Specialist

As our People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping an exceptional team member experience from start to finish, ensuring our People & Culture practices support our mission, our team, and our ambition to raise the bar with every hire.

You’ll manage key aspects of the team member lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, making sure our operations are seamless, compliant, and reflect the high standards of a fast-scaling, impact-driven organization.

You will be actively working together with the rest of the People & Culture team, Hiring Managers, and other key stakeholders, reporting to the Head of People & Culture.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Deliver a high-touch onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring every new joiner and departing team member feels supported and connected to our mission.

  • Lead and manage payroll operations, ensuring all lifecycle changes (hires, exits, compensation updates, benefits, etc.) are processed accurately and on time.

  • Be the go-to expert for team members and managers on employment contracts, visas, policies, and local regulations for both our Amsterdam-based and remote teams.

  • Collaborate with our Employer of Record partner (Remote.com) to ensure a smooth experience for our international team members.

  • Drive and contribute to People & Culture initiatives that strengthen our processes, enhance efficiency, and support our goal of building a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring local labor laws and HR trends, ensuring our practices are not only compliant but forward-thinking.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role, with hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and payroll.

  • Solid understanding of Dutch labor laws and experience liaising with government bodies (UWV, IND, Belastingdienst).

  • Experience managing preliminary payroll and mutations in the Netherlands.

  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (we use Personio) and other HR tools.

  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • A genuine passion for creating smooth, impactful people experiences that help great talent thrive and stay focused on our mission.

What success in the first 6 months looks like:

  • Onboarding and offboarding experiences are seamless, well-coordinated, and consistently high-quality.

  • You independently manage all People Operations processes end-to-end with accuracy and consistency.

  • Payroll runs smoothly and on time, with accurate processing of all lifecycle changes.

  • You are the trusted go-to for managers and team members on People Operations, contracts, and policies.

  • At least one key process or policy has been improved or documented for better scalability and efficiency.

  • Monthly People metrics (e.g. headcount, turnover, leave tracking) are in place and accurate.

  • You contribute to an inclusive, high-performance culture by delivering excellent, people-first experiences.

What we offer:

  • Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.

  • International work environment, scale-up energy and a flat organizational structure that encourages creativity and accountability.

  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus and an Employee Stock Option Plan.

  • Great career development opportunities in a fast-growing company.

  • Learning and development budget alongside internal knowledge sharing sessions.

  • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by myTomorrows.

  • Hybrid working model.

  • Policies to support working parents.

  • Healthy lunch at the thriving Amsterdam office.

  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp.

  • Enjoy monthly events hosted by our vibrant Culture Club as well as an annual ‘myTomorrowland’ company-wide celebration!
