The Opportunity: Working Student
Are you a student passionate about clinical innovation, digital health, or product management in the life sciences? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Working Student to support our transition from legacy documentation to our new EAP Product Platform—a key initiative that improves patient access to investigational treatments.
You’ll work closely with our Site Management team, which liaises directly with hospitals treating patients, and collaborate with our Product team to help shape the tools that power our clinical programs. This role can be structured to support your thesis work, if applicable.
What You’ll Do
Review, interpret, and accurately transfer data from existing program documents into our digital platform
Follow clear workflows and quality checklists to ensure consistency and completeness of data
Collaborate with the Site Management and Product teams to flag discrepancies or unclear information
Help identify potential process improvements and contribute to documentation enhancements
Learn the ins and outs of EAP processes and clinical program documentation
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in the Netherlands (preferably in life sciences, health sciences, biomedical engineering, data science, or related fields)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Comfortable with repetitive tasks that require accuracy and consistency
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
Prior experience with clinical documents, digital platforms, or healthcare systems is a plus but not required

Compensation: Paid (Hourly), at 16 EUR per hour incl. holiday allowance.
