The Opportunity: Chief of Staff
We’re looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to help our executive team focus on what matters most. In this key leadership role, you’ll work closely with our CEO (Michel says hi) and the rest of the Leadership team to keep us aligned, operating smoothly, and moving forward the big things.
This is an ever-evolving role, perfect for someone who loves turning strategy into action (and back again), enjoys navigating complex challenges, and thrives in environments where no two days look the same.
You’re someone who doesn’t just keep things running, you anticipate what’s coming, and go above and beyond to make sure we’re not just moving fast, but moving while owning the outcomes.
What you'll do in this role:
CEO & Leadership support:
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic sounding board to the CEO
Prepare presentations, board materials, and internal communications on behalf of the Leadership Team
Serve as a proxy in meetings and decision-making where appropriate
Drive Leadership team alignment through structured meeting agendas, goal setting (OKRs), organising offsites and follow-ups
Strategic planning & Projects
Lead strategic initiatives and special cross-functional projects that shape myTomorrows' growth
Facilitate the annual goal-setting process, quarterly OKRs, and leadership offsites
Contribute to strategic plans, market expansion ideas, and long-term business modeling
Data-driven decision-making
Help embed a more data-driven mindset across the myTomorrows, ensuring teams have the insights they need to make smart, informed decisions
Partner with Leadership to define key organizational performance metrics, surface trends, and improve how we track and report on business performance
Support the buildout of dashboards, reporting cadences, and lightweight processes that turn data into action
What you bring to the table:
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, Economics, or a related field
6–10 years of experience in strategic, project-based roles (e.g. management consulting, strategy, project management)
Proven success in partnering with C-level executives and influencing cross-functional teams
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Great at organising and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities
Drive and big ambitions, both for yourself and the company you’re working at
Execution-focus with a track record of delivering complex projects with speed
Strong communication and am someone who can synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and drive alignment
Great at handling confidential information and operating as a trusted advisor
