About the Role

As a Managed Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the Behavox product ecosystem, focusing initially on Mosaic Smart Data. You will combine technical project management and business analysis skills to deliver customer-facing projects, capturing requirements, planning and tracking progress, and ensuring seamless deployment. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-impact environment, supporting global financial institutions with innovative technology solutions.

This role provides the opportunity to:
1. Lead the successful deployment and delivery of Mosaic Smart Data solutions for traders, salespeople, and technologists at leading investment banks.
2. Work with a collaborative, high-performance team to drive successful project outcomes across global financial institutions.
3. Manage requirements gathering, project execution, and customer adoption while fostering effective communication and timely delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
  • Understanding of data integration protocols and system connectivity, including practical familiarity with secure methods like SMTP and SFTP, and how they apply to front-to-back data workflows within financial institutions
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis or technical project delivery, with working knowledge of cloud-native technologies and demonstrable experience running large-scale change projects in complex, front-office environments
  • Strong commercial awareness and delivery focus, with the ability to articulate project cost levers, forecast delivery timelines, and explain the significance of Time to First Value in achieving client success and revenue recognition
  • Communicates assertively and clearly with both clients and internal teams, showing resilience, initiative, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Must be comfortable translating complex requirements into structured tasks and collaborating across technical and business functions

What You'll Do

  • Manage large-scale technology change projects in a Front Office environment
  • Apply expertise in pricing/trading conventions and front-to-back workflows, in at least one of the following: Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange or Credit
  • Apply business analysis experience in translating user requirements into a prioritised set of business and functional requirements
  • Explain requirements to developers and work with them to break these down into a prioritised list of development tasks, which are then tracked
  • Technical data analysis and interrogating data using SQL and navigating Unix servers & using the command line
