Sales Development Executive – Remote
About Monq
Monq is building the first AI platform designed specifically for strategic procurement negotiation — a $4.2 trillion market that has been largely untouched by AI innovation. Our next-generation agentic systems autonomously negotiate high-value enterprise contracts, transforming procurement from a manual, gut-driven process into a data-driven competitive advantage.
Backed by executives from Revolut and HSBC, Monq is pioneering a category-defining platform that Fortune 500 companies are already adopting. Every 1% improvement in strategic procurement represents a $42 billion market impact. We’re not just selling software — we’re shaping the future of how businesses negotiate their most critical deals.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Executive (SDE), you’ll be on the front line of the autonomous negotiation revolution. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects across Europe and the US, opening the door for Monq’s AI-powered negotiation agents to transform how global companies approach high-stakes contracts.
This is not a typical SDR role. You’ll be selling cutting-edge AI technology into procurement teams handling $1M+ contracts, working closely with our founders and enterprise sales leads. Expect exposure to C-level decision-makers, procurement leaders, and innovation teams in some of the world’s most recognized companies.
This is a remote-first role, open across Europe and UAE, with regular team gatherings and direct exposure to Fortune 500 clients.
