Our Mission

The world’s rate of decarbonisation needs to be 10x faster. The largest, most complex organisations contribute an outsized amount to the problem but lack the trustworthy, decision-grade data they need to reduce their environmental impact (and, while very important, decoding how to comply with ever-increasing reporting standards takes precious time away from sustainability leaders who need to be driving change in their organisations).

Minimum solves this challenge by structuring and unifying the world’s environmental data. We are the Environmental Data Layer which large, complex businesses use to transform their existing data into high-quality, high-trust environmental data at scale. Unlike others in the space, we’re ruthlessly focused on solving data acquisition, processing, and calculation challenges.

Where we’re up to

  • We’re a late seed-stage business backed by top-tier investors, including NEA (unannounced), Lakestar (unannounced), Octopus Ventures, Y Combinator, and more.
  • Our product is used by a range of large public and private companies, including Volkswagen, UK Power Networks, Games Workshop, Nasdaq (and many more) to streamline their data processes, meet stringent international reporting requirements, and gain valuable insights on how to decarbonise their business.
  • Our team is passionate about evolving our product to the next level, ensuring we’re delivering the most value possible to customers as quickly as possible, and scaling up our sales & distribution engine as we serve more and more Enterprise customers.

Minimum’s platform is just one small part of solving the climate crisis, but we’re dedicated to driving enormous value through our slice of the overall solution.
  • Carbon accounting has been estimated to be a $60B market opportunity. We believe that’s an underestimate. Organisations of all shapes and sizes across the globe are being forced to improve their carbon data to meet increasing reporting and decarbonisation requirements from governments, investors, and customers. Sustainability is no longer a ‘nice-to-have’ for forward-thinking companies; it’s an absolutely essential compliance and commercial imperative for all businesses.
  • Our market-leading product is actively delivering value to large Enterprise customers, but in the context of the full scope of what we want to achieve, our work has only just begun. There are opportunities to drive incredible amounts of customer value by doubling down further on what we’ve already built, solving even more pain points, and pursuing closely adjacent opportunities, such as integrating AI into data workflows or enabling automatic acquisition of energy data from the point of consumption.

The Role

As a Product Manager at Minimum, you’ll be at the heart of our product engine: discovering deep customer and market needs, designing and delivering product improvements, evolving our ways of working, and helping shape Minimum’s path from service-led to true product-led delivery.

You will:

  • Drive end-to-end product discovery and delivery for critical roadmap priorities, working directly with customers, designers, engineers, SMEs, and GTM teams.
  • Shape and execute our customer engagement model: from interviews and feedback synthesis to communicating new releases, enabling user adoption, and supporting customer-facing documentation.
  • Identify and implement quick wins in product analytics, reviewing and improving instrumentation, surfacing actionable insights, and advocating for measurement-led iteration.
  • Be a key voice in the product development lifecycle, helping define and evolve our processes, rituals, and outputs, with an eye for efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Experiment and champion the adoption of AI-powered tools in the PDLC, shortening the discovery-to-delivery cycle and elevating how requirements and feedback are created, refined, and shared.
  • Model authentic, high-energy leadership: building trust, demonstrating resilience, and shaping the way cross-functional teams solve customer problems.


About You

You should be someone who:

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability, pre-Series A startup environment, and embraces change with a growth mindset.
  • Prioritises customer outcomes: skilled in user interviews, problem discovery, synthesised insights, and supporting the translation of needs into solutions.
  • Is hands-on and operationally astute, able to move from ideation to process, from process to delivery, and delivery to adoption.
  • Brings strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to engage, educate, and uplift both internal and external partners.
  • Is comfortable taking ownership for roadmap priorities but flexible to contribute anywhere the impact is highest.
  • Is motivated by team success, uplifting others, building on feedback, and making the culture stronger by being yourself.

Must-have Skills

  • 5+ years experience in product management, including direct ownership of roadmap items from research to launch in a SaaS or data-intensive environment
  • Proven experience collaborating on customer/user discovery and translating insights into tangible outcomes
  • Exposure to product analytics, reviewing, refining, or maturing measurement practices
  • Demonstrated ability to support or lead agile rituals, manage sprints, and keep teams aligned on outcomes
  • Experience experimenting with or integrating new digital/AI tools in the product lifecycle (e.g., Figma Make, Loveable, ChatGPT, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage diverse internal and external audiences
  • Hands-on contributor, comfortable in ambiguity, with the drive to get things done

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Experience working with data products or technical SME stakeholders (e.g., carbon accountants, ESG, or SaaS analytics customers)
  • Exposure to B2B enterprise customers, especially non-technical/SME personas
  • Familiarity with climate or sustainability domains
  • Technical literacy with data models, APIs, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience contributing to user documentation, release communications, or internal enablement
