Position Overview

We're looking for a data-driven, AI-powered growth hacker to own and evolve our outbound and go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on automation, experimentation, and performance-driven marketing.

As the Outbound and GTM Specialist, you will architect and execute scalable outbound campaigns using tools like Clay, Smartlead, Trigify, and other next-gen GTM platforms. Your work will fuel pipeline growth, accelerate outreach, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and scale cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) that generates pipeline and qualified opportunities.
  • Build and refine outbound workflows using Clay, including data scraping, enrichment, and campaign orchestration.
  • Identify and target high-intent accounts by layering firmographic, technographic, and intent data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to define ICPs, segments, and ABM campaigns targeting key decision-makers.
  • Engineer AI-powered workflows using Claygent, prompt tools, and enrichment platforms to personalize outreach at scale.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, continuously optimizing for reply rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Explore and integrate emerging tools in the outbound and GTM tech landscape to enhance our stack.
  • Write persuasive cold messaging that resonates with target personas across industries.
  • Maintain list hygiene, build smart sequences, and help enable SDRs and AEs with data-backed insights.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in outbound marketing, RevOps, demand generation, or growth roles—preferably in tech, SaaS, or high-growth B2B environments.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Clay is a must—you should be fluent in scraping, enrichment, Claygent, and campaign orchestration.
  • Experience using tools such as Smartlead, Trigify, Instantly, and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Strong understanding of data sourcing, enrichment workflows, and automation tools.
  • Demonstrated success running high-performing cold outbound campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, especially for cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering and leveraging AI in GTM workflows.
  • Analytical mindset—you measure what matters and pivot quickly based on results.
  • Fast learner, curious, and comfortable experimenting with emerging GTM tools.
