Description: As part of the broader Customer Experience team, our Project Coordinator is responsible for creating an incredible experience that stands out and apart from any company in any industry. Typically, the experience starts by working together and alongside our internal sales team in understanding their customers’ needs, and their pipeline, and moves through pre-installation coordination with the end user, electrical vendor and/or General Contractor, capturing electrical photos, all pertinent information that would affect the end user’s overall satisfaction with our systems, dispatching installations, service, PMI’s and repairs, collaborating and building rapport with our third-party installation team, and coordinating with our warehouse team to ensure an accurate and timely order is delivered to the customer. You are someone who pays attention to tiny details, is highly organized, self-directing, results-oriented, and takes pride in running a proverbial tight ship. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for installation project management for channel partners and direct orders
• Dispatch and coordination with our installation/field service teams
• Responsible for updating and entering pertinent project information into SAP and Salesforce.com
• Communicate relevant project information to our Field Service teams as well as our Sales teams
• Handle ad hoc adjustments in a timely manner, esp. if project schedules change
• Ensure invoice accuracy for all installation labor fees and travel associated with projects
• Spearhead the process of pre-installation, installation, and post-installation success and ensure adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicator metrics for the Customer Service team.
• Quote creation in Salesforce.com for specific items and customers
• Support continuous business process improvement initiatives across all enterprise systems that directly and indirectly impact Customer Experience
• Ability to take on certain roles and tasks that may fall outside of your normal job description on occasion to best support the customer and the team. Required Experience & Skills:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others as part of a team
• Effectively manage multiple tasks, customers, deliverables, and deadlines
• 3-5 years experience with ERP systems including the setup and configuration of warehouses (physical and virtual) locations (SAP preferred)
• Influence and lead without authority – strong cultural values Education:
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience Travel:
• Occasional domestic travel (less than 10%) Location:
• Naperville, Illinois (Hybrid work schedule, Tues/Thurs mandatory in-office)
