The Tradeshow and Events Coordinator is responsible for managing the company’s participation in tradeshows, associations, webinars, podcasts, and company meetings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. If you thrive on creating exceptional tradeshow and event experiences, and are energetic about how experiences transform the brand, then this is the role for you. You will play a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, attendee engagement, and creating new business opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute participation in tradeshows across all core markets and geographies.
  • Manage all registration requirements, logistics, and forms, ensuring everything runs smoothly once on-site.
  • Responsible for preparing trade show booths and crating for shipping, as well as setup on-site.
  • In coordination with marketing campaign manager, manage pre-show, during show, and post-show marketing communications, including, but not limited to, email communications, social media, landing pages, Calendly bookings, and official tradeshow promotions.
  • Create innovative ideas for increased brand exposure and lead generation.
  • Develop relationships with associations and tradeshow promoters to maximize opportunities at tradeshows.
  • Maintain an organized calendar of trade shows and events.
  • Responsible for KPI tracking and reporting on tradeshow and event ROI.
  • Manage educational webinar programs including involvement with content development, scheduling, moderating, and recording.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, sales, and customer experience, as well as leadership team, to ideate and gather input for continuous improvement of company tradeshows and events.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Pardot marketing automation, or similar software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Self-starter that is eager to succeed and grow.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent collaborator and influencer
  • Able to work both independently as well as in collaboration with others as part of a team.
  • Experience leading webinars or podcasts as the voice/host is a plus.


  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, tradeshow management, or field marketing


$65,000 - $75,000

Position is hybrid located in Naperville, IL
