Our data-driven Advocacy Intelligence Platform equips brands to drive growth through their fans by encouraging and rewarding personal recommendations.

We’ve delivered more than 5.5m referrals totalling over $2bn in revenue for our clients.

The Role

We’ve got big plans to scale our business. As we embark on that adventure our partnership team will play a significant role in accelerating our growth.

We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Mention Me team based in Vauxhall, London. The primary purpose of the partner manager is to ramp, manage and develop close strategic relationships with a portfolio of new & existing partners to deliver incremental revenue and value to our partners.

What you’ll do:

The Partner Manager has responsibility for all day-to-day activities, ensuring best-in-class relationships and a strong partnership strategy that drives new business revenue for Mention Me and our 3rd party partners.

You will be focused on building joint product value propositions, driving sales enablement and field interaction, pipeline management and forecasting, and proactive business planning and business development.

  • Responsible for driving value to our partners
  • Responsible for delivering against opportunity & revenue targets.
  • Responsible for increasing the time to value for and from our partners
  • Identify new & existing partners with maximum commercial opportunity
  • Onboard, ramp and manage new and existing tech & agency partners
  • Understand & support the training requirements of our partners that are needed to drive engagement
  • Design & implement initiatives to increase sales and the overall growth of the channel.
  • Representing Mention Me at industry events, attending conferences, and hosting webinars and roundtables
  • Acts as a funnel to bring information, updates and trends from the partners back to the Mention Me team. A highly collaborative approach, with very close contact with marketing, client success, sales, and product & engineering

We'd really like to hear from you, if...

  • You are commercially focused - 5+ years in direct sales and/or account management. Practical knowledge in strategic selling processes and tools needed to conduct multi-stakeholder deals. Proactive in identifying opportunities to scale success for clients and partners
  • You have strong knowledge of the martech ecosystem - A sufficient understanding of cross-channel marketing and typical practices put into place by retail & eCommerce brands. Familiar with the martech ecosystem. Technically capable. Able to clearly demonstrate the value of our service and how it integrates into our clients existing tech stack
  • You have experience working with partners - a proven track record developing strong technology partnerships. Very familiar with partner enablement and management processes.
  • You collaborate well with others - nothing we do is done in isolation. Being open to sharing input and ideas with the dynamic team is essential to success. You have the gravitas to conduct multi-department projects and processes and are able to galvanise teams to work towards a common goal.
