Our data-driven Advocacy Intelligence Platform equips brands to drive growth through their fans by encouraging and rewarding personal recommendations.

We’ve delivered more than 5.5m referrals totalling over $2bn in revenue for our clients.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS marketing leader, preferably with a proven record in martech, to evangelise our unique market proposition and help us grow our market share! The north star is to position our company in the U.K., E.U. and U.S. for accelerated growth, build a high-calibre team, and represent the voice of our customers to shape our product and go-to-market efforts. You will have a passion for marketing and business building with strong experience in ABM, performance marketing and brand building. We need an innovative, fast-moving, results driven marketing expert who has a strong track record of building and leading a high performing marketing function.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute a global marketing programme. A clear focus is on building a connected, high performing B2B marketing machine through relevant GTM channels. This will include owning demand generation, performance marketing, account-based marketing, content marketing, field marketing and partner marketing. Your purpose will be to drive a hands-on plan to make these channels align and effective for scaling.
  • Create brand-building programmes that deliver a long-term impact on the company's growth. Your role will be to operationalise the brand-building component of marketing to ensure it gives leverage to all demand-generation activities to support 10x scaling. In short, position us in a noisy market and make us a known brand in both the U.S. and U.K.
  • Own and drive the revenue funnel to scale in the UK and US. You will be the custodian of the pipeline health for the business reporting on core KPIs. Responsible for mapping the entire funnel with conversion points and insights into spotting gaps to drive growth.
  • Drive and manage budget allocation between channels and lead the campaign-specific strategy to optimise conversion, CAC, LTV, ROAS, repeat rate etc.
  • Ensure a customer-centric angle in content, social, field and demand generation. It’s easy to say you are customer-centric but hard to make it happen - we need you to be obsessed with value to the customer at all touch points.
  • Build and maintain a great team. A great team is built on hiring great people, motivating them to be successful, healthy challenges, prioritisation and connectedness.
  • Manage relationships with other senior stakeholders, CPO, CGO, CEO and Board of Directors from leading venture capital and Institutional investors.
  • Successful management of 3rd parties – agencies, Hubspot etc.

We'd really like to hear from you, if...

  • You have experienced the journey of a scaling SaaS business from £2M - £25M ARR+, preferable. B2B SaaS is crucial to understanding the challenges in scaling a fast-growth marketing organisation. With preference given to strong martech experience.
  • You have a proven track record in account based marketing, performance marketing, brand marketing and partner marketing.
  • You think of yourself as a builder who enjoys being hands-on (not just orchestrating), building new processes, systems, and structures and optimising existing ones.
  • You have an execution-first mindset with an agile test and learn approach.
  • You have top-notch written and verbal communications skills.
  • You are a player/coach who sets a high bar, develops and grows your team to perform today and tomorrow and liaise effectively with internal and external business partners and customers.
