The Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our client-facing data and analytics projects. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and interested in data and analytics.

You’ll work closely with our consultants, data engineers, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly—from planning and coordination through to delivery. While this is not a heavily technical role, a basic understanding of SQL and data concepts will help you follow conversations, support quality assurance, and contribute effectively to project success.

You should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple client projects
• Track progress against timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify risks or blockers early and help coordinate resolutions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact for clients on project updates and coordination
• Schedule and run project check-ins, status updates, and follow-ups
• Keep both internal teams and clients aligned on priorities and next steps

Data & Analytics Support

• Work alongside analysts and engineers to understand project outputs and workflows
• Support quality assurance of dashboards, reports, and data outputs
• Develop a working understanding of project deliverables, data models, and BI tools to engage in project discussions
• Act as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders

Documentation & Process

• Maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and decisions
• Help standardise and improve internal project management processes
• Ensure knowledge is captured and shared across the team
