Junior Product Development Technologist (FTC)

• Support with daily trial production to meet testing schedule

• Setup pilot kitchen, prepare and weigh ingredients and work under instructions from the current team

• Assist with collection data and completing documentation

• Prepare trial labels and ensure all trial stock is correctly labelled

• Support with cattery testing logistics and product transport

• Prepare trial products for collection to testing facilities

• Prepare sample boxes for ad-hoc reviews, laboratory testing, or other sample request for the wider team

• Coordinate samples for nutritional and mixing validation in collaboration with Nutrition and Technical

• Experience with supporting technical or development teams

• Working in practical food, lab, or manufacturing settings

• Handling ingredients, samples, or data collection

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Hands-on preparation and support capability

• Data accuracy and record keeping

• Ability to follow defined processes

• Learning mindset and adaptability

• Ideally graduate or student in Food Science, Food Technology or similar fields
