As our Growth Lead, you’ll drive KatKin’s long-term growth by building, testing, and scaling acquisition channels with a focus on our Refer a Friend programme, whilst scaling Inserts, Affiliates. You’ll be driving New Channel testing, like TV, or crucial commercial levers such as optimising our trial box offer.
This role reports directly to the Director of Growth and requires a balance of creativity, analytical rigour, and fast execution. You’ll be equally comfortable brainstorming new ideas with our creative team as you are creating commercial reporting models, interviewing customers, or presenting LTV insights to leadership.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with Product, Tech, Analytics and Creative. You need to build strong partnerships with your stakeholders to drive your projects forward.
You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving and data driven environment, you'll be a key player contributing to the growth of the company. Our Growth team is a small team with a big impact and motivation, so a proactive attitude is a must.
