The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join KatKin in a full-time permanent role. This is primarily a sales and business development role, and is a fantastic opportunity for self-starters to shape the role and the team. This role has huge potential to make a substantial impact on KatKin's next phase of growth. You will be a key player in defining the approach and playbook and executing on how KatKin works with influencers to drive awareness across key social media channels to deliver customer acquisition results.

Key ownership areas
  • Shape and own our influencer marketing strategy

  • Execute on the influencer marketing strategy, scaling the channel to meaningfully contribute to acquisition at KatKin

  • Day to day management of the influencer marketing team

  • Weekly reporting on performance of the influencer marketing channel

  • Develop content and tools and improve processes

  • Analytical mindset, ability to to deep-dive data to continue to adapt and evolve strategy

  • Have ownership over budgets, influencer relationships and growth results to drive ambitious acquisition targets

  • Discover and build a pipeline of influencers in the United Kingdom to ensure KatKin is constantly reaching new audiences and customers on social media.

Set content directions and keep close contact with content creators to ensure high quality content is always delivered and driving acquisition results
Who we are looking for:
  • Sales and targets driven mindset - highly motivated to overachieve and can work independently

  • Past influencer marketing experience

  • Some past sales experience can be helpful (e.g. working in store, telesales, physical events etc)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Results focused, data driven, and bias for action

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Strategic mindset with ability to see the bigger picture

  • Strong creative minds and interests in shaping content directions and concepts

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Self-starter in an unstructured and entrepreneurial environment

  • Urge to contribute in shaping the way of working and team culture

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

  • Competitive base salary of £43-48K annually, depending on experience
